No angle, no twist on the classic, just a flavourful tropical spiced Rum based on our fine barrels here in White Bay. We start by blending various Rums for the base, mainly ex-wine casks (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Bordeaux, Sherry) with some ex-Whiskey casks. We then blend this base Rum with our delicious Coconut Rum at around 4\/1 ratio. This final blend then undergoes a gentle maceration of tasty elements, including Cinnamon, All Spice, Pineapple, Cacao, Vanilla and Hibiscus.
