Five days on skins, then split between old oak and stainless. Fresh, juicy, and totally unfiltered in spirit. Strawberries, nashi pear, mandarin peel and white florals lead the charge, backed by hints of Turkish delight, blood orange, and a flicker of spice. The palate’s fleshy and vibrant with a light chalky pucker and a little phenolic grip on the finish. Speedo vino. Ninja-picked.
