Wines produced solely from their Ikigai Farm in the far west of the Orange wine region. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe farm is a biodynamic oasis of grapes and orchard fruits nestled among old native Pine and Eucalyptus trees. They share this paradise with a menagerie of animals too, all of whom do their part in the biodynamic cycle which is principal for their viticulture. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wines are made with no sulphur and no additions whatsoever. We asked Elliot how they achieve such purity and stability in such natural, minimal wines. He attributes it to the health of the vines: the strength they gain through being allowed to \"self manage\" translates to healthy and energetic fruit which create healthy ferments.
