A 19th century manor house and cellar sit at the end of the road where we have Pfalz's highest vineyard. Unique soils are found here and Thomas (who runs Odinstal) decided that biodynamic farming could better illuminate the differences the soil held here. His wines are a far cry from the usual wines found in the Pfalz.
