This year they made two passes through the vineyard, five days apart and macerated each pick in separate tanks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe early pick was macerated for four days and the second one for 5 days. After pressing, the two were blended and matured in one of Alain Castex’s concrete tanks.
