The estate has a line of schist running through the property, and, in comparison to other vineyards of Fleurie, is 80% more sandy.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThree generations of family management, \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eYann (grandson) has now put into place a 10-year plan, monitoring the vineyard’s health and soil life across the biodynamic parcels, with the intention to convert the remaining hectares in a few years time as well.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eEverything including fruit harvest is done manually and hand sorted. Ferments in the cellar are almost always 100% carbonic macerations and will rest between 6-10 months in barrel.
