He began producing wines in 2002 and he has proven that this region can produce bright, lithe and fresh expression of wines. In the winery, he uses natural ferments, generally avoids oak influence, and uses minimal sulphur in his winemaking. Southern by flavour and Northern by their tension, acidity, precision and freshness.
